By placing an order with KinShield Nigeria, you agree to these terms. KinShield Nigeria is a Nigerian brand operating within the Federal Republic of Nigeria. All products are sold for personal use only and may not be resold without prior written consent.
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦). The bundle price of ₦50,000 is a limited-time offer. KinShield reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Payment is collected upon delivery — no advance payment is required. Our delivery agent will accept cash or bank transfer at the point of delivery.
We deliver within 24–48 hours to Lagos and Abuja (FCT) after order confirmation. Delivery to other states takes 3–7 business days. Delivery is free within Lagos and Abuja. A delivery fee may apply for other locations and will be communicated before dispatch. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
Since payment is made on delivery, you are entitled to inspect the package before making payment. If the product is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may refuse delivery at no cost. After payment and acceptance of delivery, returns are accepted within 3 days only for manufacturing defects. The GPS watch must be returned in its original condition with all accessories. Pepper spray cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and safety regulations.
The GPS tracker watch requires a functional SIM card with data and airtime for full features. KinShield is not responsible for network coverage limitations or service outages by mobile network operators. The Lipstick Pepper Spray is intended for self-defence only. Misuse of the pepper spray is strictly prohibited and KinShield Nigeria bears no liability for improper use.
Any personal information you provide (name, phone number, delivery address) is used solely for processing and delivering your order. We do not share, sell, or distribute your data to third parties. Your data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to fulfil your order and comply with legal obligations.
